Good flavor - no bean chili
Brown meat in non-stick skillet. Drain and rinse. Add to crock. Add peppers, onion, garlic, chili powder, pepper. Put in whole tomatoes with puree - break up tomatoes. Stir everything together. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Cook macaroni. Serve the chili on top of the macaroni - top with cheese and onions.
