Suggest a better descriptionDressing - heat oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil. This will thicken slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Mix all the beans, celery and pepper s in a large bowl. Add dressing and keep in a covered container in the fridge overnight or at least 1 hour. Drain liquid before serving. Serve with Toastito scoops or Fritos corn chips.
