Cook ground meat until brown. In a food processor, puree the next four ingredients,
and stir into the ground meat. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the tomato paste, the chill powder,
and the cumin. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer over low
heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add the salsa, the corn, and the pinto beans, and simmer
another twenty minutes.
