Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Place butter, cocoa, and water over med heat and bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture and mix well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 15.5" by 1.5" cookie sheet pan or 9 by 13 pan.
Bake for 23 minutes and ice with icing below while cake is hot.
icing:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp milk
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 c pecans chopped
5 minutes before cake is finished, make frosting. Mix butter, cocoa and milk. Cook over med heat and bring to boil. Remove from stove and add sifted powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and pour over cake while hot.
