If you like sweet and sour anything, you'll like this dish! Sweet, tangy and a little bit of spice. It's a delicious and simple meal that takes just a little time to make. Serve with fresh green beans or broccoli.
Combine ground beef and eggs. Mix with hands, adding bread crumbs to create slightly firm mixture. Form into meatballs. Brown meatballs and add to a separate pot. Add remaining ingredients to meatballs. Simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce as desired. Serve with white rice.
Tip: To save time, use pre-made meatballs from the frozen section at your store. Increase simmer time for frozen meatballs, or thaw the meatballs before cooking to really save time.
