Suggest a better descriptionFirst you brown the ground beef & make taco meat according to package directions. While that’s cooking, haul out your crock-pot & get it set up on the counter. Then cube your Velveeta cheese & throw it in the crock-pot. Add your can of Rotel & can of soup and set the pot to low. Once the taco meat is finished, add that over the top of your cheese/rotel/soup mixture & let it cook on low heat till it’s ready. Stir occasionally & once you notice a smooth texture, it’s ready to eat. Yummy & a taste of Texas treat for ya
