Suggest a better descriptionCombine sugar, flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla in small bowl. Set aside. Heat and mix butter, water, coca, and oil in saucepan until butter is melted. Pour over dry mixture and stir until combined. Add egg mixture to main mixture and stir until well combine.
Pour into a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Combine frosting ingredients in a saucepan over low head and stir until smooth and glossy. Frost cake while both cake and frosting are still warm.
