Bring to boil (2) sticks of oleo, 1 cup of water and 4 T. cocoa. Remove from heat. While still hot, add 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour. Beat in 2 eggs, 3/4 cups sour cream and 1 t. baking soda. Pour into a large, greased cookie sheet. Bake 20-22 minutes in 375 degree oven.
While baking, prepare icing. Bring to boil, 1 stick oleo, 4 T. cocoa, 6 T. milk. Keep warm and add 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 t. vanilla.
As soon as cake is done take out of oven and pour the warm icing onto the hot cake. Let it cool before eating.
