To fill a large pot, extend this recipe with additional ingredients:
* 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
* 1 can Pinto Beans with jalapenos
* 1 can Red Kidney Beans
* 1 can Hominy, yellow
* Ranch dressing
1. Set aside optional Ingredients.
2. Brown hamburger meat, drain.
3. Drain the hominy. Combine meat, onions, garlic and taco mix into the crock pot. Add stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with chilies, pinto beans, pinto beans with jalape?os, red kidney beans, and hominy. To fill the pot for extra servings, add the optional Ingredients.
4. Cook slowly for 8 or more hours. It tastes better on the second day.
5. Serve with grated Mexican mix cheese on top, choices of picante sauce on the side, and chips.
