Suggest a better descriptionPlace the cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, jalapenos, olives and cheese in a food processor. Process until smooth. Spread the mixture on flour tortillas and roll up. Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and place in plastic storage bags. Chill. To serve, cut tortillas into 1 inch pieces. Place on a tray with a bowl of picante sauce and toothpicks.
Variation: Add a bit of lime juice and garlic powder to give this a different flavor.
