Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine sugar, pecans and cinnamon until sandy.
3. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
4. Unfold pastry and brush with egg.
5. Spread sugar mixture over pastry.
6. Cut in half, and then cut into 81/2 " wide strips.
7.Twist strips and lay on pans- puching ends down with your thumbs.
8. Freeze 10-15 minutes until firm.
9. Bake 18-20 minutes -until golden, rotating pans halfway. Cool.
