This is an easy and quick graham cracker pie crust.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly crush 1 package of graham crackers - be careful not to hit it so hard that the pieces fly all over the kitchen. Open package and put graham cracker pieces in food processor with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pulse food processor while gradually adding melted butter. Process mixture until it resembles the texture of damp sand.
Transfer mixture to 9 inch pie plate. Distribute mixture evenly over the pie plate and up the sides. A 1/4 cup measure helps to get things even. Bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove pie shell, cool completely and fill.
Make sure you don't spray the graham crackers all over the kitchen while you are crushing them.
