Suggest a better descriptionMix the 3 sauces and sugar.
Add oil to hot pan (on high, to stir fry). Add red pepper and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add cubed chicken and shallots, jalapenos, and garlic and stir fry until chicken is nearly cooked through.
Add mixed sauce and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked.
Add basil and toss for 20-30 seconds.
Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with jasmine rice. To perfect the recipe, serve a sunny-side up fried egg on top of each serving.
This works just as well with ground chicken, and is more traditional that way.
Optionally add 1/2 lb green beans with the red peppers.
