Mix together all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Taste for flavour. Mix the pork, breadcrumbs and onion together then stir in the wet ingredients. Add some more breadcrumbs if the texture is wrong. Form into 4 large or 8 small burgers and chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins. Fry, in groundnut oil, for 5 mins each side, or grill, until cooked.
