A nice spicy Thai inspired burger.
Mix all the ingredients together well and place into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
30 minutes prior to cooking, put some olive oil on your hands and form into 5 equal tennis ball sized portions.
Preheat BBQ on medium high. Lightly oil hotplate. Place burgers on hotplate and flatten to form a burger Pattie.
Serve on burgers with choice of filling and sauce.
For sauce I recommend using Lemon Lime Mayo.
