Add onion, chopped garlic, & peppers
Season veggies w/ salt and pepper
cook for 2 minutes
Add 1 cup carrots, 6 cups of broth, cover and bring to simmer.
Once simmering add chicken, simmer 5 minutes.
Add noodles, cook 5 minutes
Remove soup from heat, add cilantro, basil & lime juice
