Light, refreshing, and low carb!
1) Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
2) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3) Add onion and garlic and cook for two minutes.
4) Add chicken and saute until browned and the chicken is fully cooked.
5) Allow to cool and shred chicken.
6) In a large bowl, combine slaw mixture with red peppers and basil. Toss with dressing that comes in slaw package. Top with crunchy bits that come in the slaw package. Serve.
