Thai Peanut Sauce
Saute garlic and ginger, deglaze with soy sauce. Add red pepper flake, Sriracha, chicken stock, brown sugar and honey. Bring to boil and simmer for ~10min. Take off heat and whisk in peanut butter. Add coconut milk and lime juice. Season to taste. Can add fish sauce if desired. Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts.
