1. Slice pork into pieces approx 5mm thick (cut across the grain)
2. Place meat slices into bowl along with the dry ingredients and mix together rubbing the spices into the meat with slightly moistened hands
3. Add peanut oil bit by bit and make sure all meat slices are covered.
4.Cover bowl with cling film and leave in fridge or a cool place for a couple of hours to marinade
5. Thread meat onto BBQ skewers and BBQ or grill for a few minutes on each side till cooked through but not dries out
Serve with a peanut sauce, jasmine rice and a spicy fresh cucumber salad
