While not completely done the traditional way, makes a batch of excellent Thai Tea.
Boil the water and then add the tea bags or loose tea in filter for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags or loose tea from the water and add the sugar and condensed milk. Stir until dissolved. Chill the tea and serve over ice.
Additional condensed milk, evaporated milk or regular milk can be added at serving or leave as is.
