1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in bulgur. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
2. In medium bowl, combine bulgur, egg, Thai seasoning, and salt. Add ground turkey, mix well. Shape into six 3/4 inch thick patties.
3. Place patties on greased rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 14-18 minutes or until done, turning once. Serve in buns with basil and peanut sauce.
