1.) Break bread into pieces in very large bowl
2.) Melt butter in skillet to saute onion and celery
3.) Saute onion and celery until soft but not brown
4.) Slowly add onion and celery mixture to bread and stir to combine
5.) Continually taste and adjust seasoning to taste
6.) Pour dressing into 13 X 9 glass baking dish
7.) Bake at 350 degrees until crust forms or dressing is warm
