Mom's famous recipe!
Mix together corn bread, seasoned bread mix, seasonings, baking powder and celery.
Add remaining ingredients and mix wll to moisten all ingredients. The ingredients should be crumbly, but able to stick together if pressed. If too dry add a little turkey broth. Be sure not to get too moist.
Bake in a large roasting pan. Dot with margarine (1 stick). Lay a piece of foil over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

NOTES : *Bake the day before using half the liquid; bake in large jelly roll pan. When baking is done, remove from oven and cut into 1" squares. Return to oven for 1 hour. Revoe and let sit out until making dressing the next day.
