Directions on cooking Thanksgiving Turkey
Preheat oven 275. Bake Turkey on rack and covered in heavy duty alum foil at 10 minutes per pound. Remove from oven and uncover. Raise temp of oven to 375. Butter and season exterior. Add stuffing. Bake uncover until internal temp is 165. Remove and remove stuffing and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
