Suggest a better descriptionClear all the giblets and neck and crap from inside the bird. Mix 1 tsp of each of the herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, dried) with half a stick of butter. Loosen the skin and get some butter up under there, as much as possible. More butter / herb mixture on the outside. Season generously with salt and pepper. Fill the cavity with stuffing. Roast in the oven at 325 / 350, plan 15 min/lb. Cook until temp reaches 165 (taken from both the bird and the stuffing), basting occasionally.
