This is a great califlower salad- wonderful for potlucks
The recipe is from the Brandyberry Restaurant up in Anoka from years ago. It has become my standard potluck recipe, and nearly everyone who tries it requests the recipe - I can't take credit for it - but it a no-fail sure-fire hit.
Here's the official version - it makes a HUGE batch:
Cut cauliflower into very small pieces. Fry bacon and cut into small pieces. In a large bowl, toss salad ingredients together.
In a smaller bowl combine all the dressing ingredients (miracle whip, mayo, milk and sugar) Mix well. Pour dressing over salad toss to coat.
Serve. Note: some people add handfuls of thawed frozen peas (uncooked) to the salad right before serving.
