Delicious Fall salad that is simple and a family favorite
Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble.
Combine sugar (Splenda), vinegar and egg in saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until thickened.
Allow mixture to cool to room temperature then pour over lettuce.
Add bacon crumbles and mix thoroughly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
