A great mix, spicy, adaptable, and a great accompaniment to a cold bud, or a Pepsi
Preheat oven to 250 degree. In saucepan, over medium-low heat, slowly melt butter while adding Worcestershire, Tabasco, garlic, and salt. Stir frequently, don't boil. Enjoy a cold bud.
In large alum roasting pan add the cereals, nips, pretzels, nuts. Using dry hands, thoroughly mix the dry ingredients. Transfer warm liquid to a large measuring cup that can be easily held, and slowly drizzle over the dry ingredients. Stop frequently and use a wooden spoon to stir, coating all of the mix.
Place pan in oven, and remove every 15 mins for a thorough stirring. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until all ingredients look dry.
Let it cool, in the roasting pan, for couple hours.....don't bag it or place in sealed container too soon.
You can adjust the Worcestershire and Tabasco.....in reality, I probably use 5 each. And you can use an entire 18oz can mixed nuts.
Don't buy generic brands.....it's a great mix because the ingredients are great. And don't try to prepare a "double batch". It just don't work.
