Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour 18x13x1 1/2 pan. Cream butter and sugar on high. Add eggs two at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until smooth. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients to combine.
Bake 20-30 minutes. Cool (toothpick test!).
Combine and mix:
4 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
1 pound powder sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Spread evenly over cake. Top with 2 1/2 pints blueberries and 3 1/2 pints raspberries in American flag design.
