Dissolve and let work 3 pkgs. Yeast, 4 cups Water; (Warm) and 6 tablespoons Sugar. Beat Together and add to Yeast Mixture: 6 tablespoons Butter; (Melted), 2 Eggs. Add 3 teaspoons salt. Add, one cup at a time, 10 cups of flour (approximately). Turn out on floured board and knead for 1 minute. Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled in size. Roll out into a long rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
Brush over the dough 1/2 cup butter, melted. Sprinkle 2 cups brown sugar (approximately) on top, springle 3 tablespoons cinnamon.
Roll the dough, jellyroll fashion (the long way), cut into 1/2 inch slices. Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and divide into 3 9x13 pans. Place cinnamon rolls in pans and let rise. When rolls are doubled, bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
For frosting, beat together 1/2 cup butter and 6 ounces cream cheese. Add 2 lbs Powdered sugar, and milk; Enough to make a smooth frosting. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring.
Spread Frosting over all three pans and Sprinkle with chopped walnuts (optional). Serve warm or cold. SUPER:)
TIPS: Add yeast to 110 degree water. Add flour until the dough starts pulling away from sides of bowl and ball is formed.
