Chocolate chip cookies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients 1-4 with electric mixer, then mix in item 5. Stir together 6-8 and add slowly to the first mixture. Finally add the chocolate chips and roll batter into about a 1 inch ball and place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool before transferring cookies from pan. Yields about 40 cookies depending on size.
