Suggest a better descriptionCook rice according to package. Thaw frozen peas. Dice carrots in small cubes. Cut onion into thin squares.
Once rice is cooked start frying in pan over med heat, with sesame seed oil, soy sauce, and onion (I recommend adding soy sauce until it’s a nice soft brown that lightly coats all the rice). After 5 minutes add in vegetables. While rice is still frying scramble 3 eggs. Mix in eggs and then turn off heat.
