A wonderful meatloaf. Believe me you will love it!
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
Take a large mixing bowl and mix all ingredients except the cheese. Make a loaf on a broiler pan. Scor with your hand down the middle making a "cannal" in center of meat loaf stuff with cheese, Cheddar or Pepper jack, your choice. Close up hole to hide the cheese in the center.
Bake for 60 Minutes. If you would like to have the ketchup on top take out at 45 min put ketchup on and then put back in oven for 15 minutes.
