Mix the mayo, mustard, cream, sweet relish, salt, pepper, walnut vinegar and sugar together until smooth. Place aside.
Salad:
Boil water and place the potatoes chopped in it for about 30 min max. Cool them after done.
Boil the eggs, then place aside to cool.
Cut in dice the onion, tomato, cucumber, cheese and mix together well in a bowl. Put fresh parsley and coriander and mix with the dried ingredients, then add the diced boiled eggs and potatoes then the sauce.
