Try this recipe with your favorite bleu olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Saute onion until golden and then add tomatoes. Stir and season with salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered about 15-20 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Add heavy cream, mix until blended and simmer another 2-3 minutes. Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
