Pick a lettuce (or grain) base and pick 5-6 items for the week. Be sure you have them all, and you don't have to buy new stuff every single week if it's fresh.
Start a Mason jar with a layer of dressing, add hard veggies (onions) cheese and lettuce and close. Eat them soon.
