Pre-heat oven to 180 deg. Lightly grease Lasange tray with coconut oil. Sautee bacon and leek in butter until soft about 5 mins.
Combine the eggs and cream in a bowl and season well with sea salt and pepper. Take the bacon and vegetables and tip into Lasange tray.
Scatter feta and cheddar/Parmesan. Pour Egg/cream mixture over the top.
