Haven't tried yet, but will this Thanksgiving. I'll make adjustments and repost.
You can put bread in the oven on a cookie sheet to dry it out.
In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil. Add celery and onion; saute until soft. Remove and combine with bread cubes, eggs, seasoning and broth.
Place in greased oven casserole dish (covered) and bake during the last hour of turkey time in oven. Remove cover the last 10 minutes of oven time.
