Prepare pastry. Cut into 4" rounds. Fit into medium muffin cups. For filling combine all ingredients except raisins; mix well. Put raisins in pastry shells. Fill cups 2/3 full with filling. Bake on bottom rack of oven until set. 425° for 12-15 minutes. Cool.
