Turkey, Veggie chili
Chop onion and garlic and saute in oil on medium low heat. When softened add ground turkey and heat until browned. Add peppers, jalepenoes, carrots, spices and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, beer, wine and bring to a boil. Add tomato paste. Reduce heat and add beans, corn and chocolate. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
