Easy dough to make thin & crispy style pizza crust at home. It's best if you prepare 24 hours ahead and refrigerate to allow the dough to develop.
Mix all ingredients except flour in large bowl. You can use a stand mixer (i.e. KitchenAid) or hand-mix if you want a work-out. After the yeast, salt and sugar is dissolved, add the flour and slowing mix until a dough ball forms. Don't over-mix or knead.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then bring to room temperature before rolling it out.
Dust the pizza pans with flour.
Pre-heat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll the dough very thin, using ample flour on your work surface and rolling pan. Transfer the dough to the pan, trim the edges, and prick the crust thoroughly with a fork or dough docker (to avoid bubbles).
Pre-cook the crust for 3-4 minutes. Remove the crust, let it cool slightly, then add pizza sauce, toppings and mozzarella cheese. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is slightly brown. Enjoy!
