Thin-Crust Pizza (Flat Bread): This recipe will serves six 12" thin-crust pizza.
500F ~ 550F in oven.
Yield: Six 12" crust
NOTE:
Roll the crust as thin as possible.
Use a lot of flour.
Cut the dough in six equally.
Batch Process:
1. Cook only the crust for 1 ~ 2 minutes in oven.
2. Take it out and repeat it for the rest of the crust.
3. After the topping, cook the pizza for 7 ~ 8 minutes.
NOTE:
