Suggest a better description1. Chop bark into small pieces. Place chocolate in glass Pyrex bowl. Make a double boiler by putting 2 cups of water iin a small saucepan. Set the bowl of chocolate over the pot, making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Heat water to melt chocolate.
2. Once the chocolate is melted, add the extract. Taste and add more if needed.
3. Using a fork, dip cracker into chocolate and tap on side of dowl to allow the excess to drip off. Place crackers on wax paper to dry.
