1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
3. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add soup and almond extract alternately with flour mixture, beating 1 minute after each addition.
4. Stir in apple, blueberries and raisins just until mixed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake mixture comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
