Suggest a better descriptionPoke steam holes in clean potatoes and microwave for 4 minutes or until tender. Add Imagine Brand Potato Leek soup in soup pot. Add water, thyme and garlic powder. When potatoes are tender, mash and place in pot. Warm up soup a few minutes more and serve with fresh found pepper on top if you wish.
Pairs really well with crunchy whole wheat sourdough bread to dip and a nice chardonnay or pinot grigio!
This is an extremely easy, semi-homemade soup made in mere minutes! Feels so creamy and good but has absolutely but no saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol.
