Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven on 350. Season ground beef with seasoning salt, table blend, and basil leaves. On a medium heat, add olive oil and saute onion and garlic. Add ground beef stiring occasionally and cook for 10mins or until brown. Drain oil and set aside. While the beef is cooking, bring water and milk to a boil- be careful and not allow mixture to rise. Add instant potatoes using a fork to moisten. Remove from heat. Add freeze dried chives and margarine, mix well. Let stand for 1 minute. In a 9x9 pan, evenly spread ground beef. Then evenly layer American cheese. Top off with even layer of mashed potatoes and bake for 25mins.
