Tea and Tiffin is a British staple
1. Melt all the ingredients, except the baking chocolate, in a large saucepan to blend.
2. Remove from the heat immediately!
3. Add biscuits and stir lightly until crumbs are covered.
4. Press into 2 nine inch round cake pans
5. Cover with melted baking chocolate
6. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
7. Serve in small pieces about 1 inch square.
