Suggest a better descriptionIn a large soup pot, sauté the carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and cabbage over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Add the spices. Cover and sauté just until the spices are aromatic, only a few minutes.
Add the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the white beans and simmer 10 more minutes.
Add the peas during the last minute of cooking. Taste to adjust seasoning and enjoy!
