Mix the paste ingredients, coat fish thoroughly and place in refrigerator, marinade in a gallon zip lock bag for 1 hour. Place 2 Tb of olive oil in a large skillet, on medium high heat, add fillets and cook for 5 min. on each side. They should flake when done.
