This is a wegmans recipe
1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place tilapia on sheet; season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine basting oil and panko in a small bowl. Top tilapia with panko.
3. Bake about 8 min, until internal temp reaches 130. Remove from oven.
4. Let tilapia rest 2 min; serve with sauce.
